Fees and session durations

Each session including your initial appointment is 50 minutes duration. Please contact us to discuss fees and possible rebates, at this depends on whether you see a psychologist or clinical psychologist, whether you are eligible for medicare rebates, private health insurance coverage and other funding details (for example: NDIS, WorkCover, etc).

Coherence Psychology is not a bulk billing service or a crisis service.

Rebates

If you are referred by your GP or psychiatrist you can access medicare rebates under a mental health care plan, an eating disorders plan, or a chronic disease management plan. Medicare rebates can be processed at time of payment. Please allow 48 hours for this to appear in your account.

We are unable to process rebates through private health insurance through our systems, however, this can be organised with you insurer with a receipt we can provide after payment.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment please provide as much notice as possible. 

Please note that if a session is cancelled within 24 hours (business days only) and we are unable to fill your appointment you will be charged the full session amount. For 48 hours notice the cancellation fee is 50% of the full session fee.
