Coherence Psychology is a boutique psychology service staffed by passionate, knowledgeable and like-minded staff with beautifully appointed rooms and facilities. We offer a warm, relaxing, welcoming and affirming approach to everyone, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodiverse individuals, folks with disabilities, seasoned therapy attendees and newbies alike. 

 

We pride ourselves in walking the walk and not just talking the talk (although there is a decent amount of talking!). Our clients and their success matter to us deeply and we are dedicated to providing a client-centred and evidence-based bespoke approach to each individual because we understand that everyone is different. We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced mental health professionals to join our exceptional team.

  • We want you to follow your passions! You will have full oversight and control of your caseload, including whether you want to provide assessments (provided they are considered neurodiverse affirming), therapy, preferred presentations and age groups.

  • We like nice things. We have a fancy coffee machine, a large selection of teas, curated Tasmanian artwork and beautiful furnishings. We pride ourselves in having a space that is professional, warm, inviting and GORGEOUS.

 

What we’d like you to bring to the table:

  • University degree (including postgrad where relevant) in mental health

  • Registration with AHPRA or other relevant governing body

  • Working with vulnerable people card 

  • We are open to level of experience, but expect that you will be able to work confidently and autonomously, (collaborating when appropriate), to deliver best outcomes for our clients.

  • You will be collaborative, authentic, client-centred, strive for clinical excellence, and enjoy having a laugh.
